Stuck in traffic, off work late, forgot your phone at home — things happen, I get it. If you are late to your appointment, you will be given a 15 minute grace period. Anything later than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time will be in violation of the late policy. This means that depending on the service, we will either have to make adjustments to your service (e.g. skipping the haircut or style) or reschedule the appointment entirely.

last minute cancellations
Like I said, things happen. Sometimes things happen that hinder you making it to your appointment at all. If this happens, I require 48 hour notice for cancellations. All appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the price of the scheduled service.
no show policy
While I am understanding of last minute cancellations and emergencies, I do not tolerate no call, no shows for appointments. If you fail to show up for your appointment without giving me notice, you will be charged 75% of your scheduled service cost. No future appointments can be booked until the no show fee is paid in full.
